We're sorry if something hasn't met your expectations. Tell us what happened and we'll look into it and work to put it right.
This form is for raising a complaint about a policy or claim handled by IVY Underwriting. Please give us as much detail as you can so we can investigate quickly. We'll acknowledge your complaint and keep you updated as we work towards a resolution.
If you're an eligible complainant and we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). We'll let you know your referral rights when we respond.
